Already is a software product sold by wait, what. LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Contact: already-eu@wait-what.shop

This policy explains what personal data is collected when you purchase or use Already, and how it is handled.

What data is collected

We collect minimal data. Specifically:

• Email address — provided when you purchase via Polar.sh. Used to deliver your GitHub repository invite and to respond to support requests.
• GitHub username — provided when you accept the repository invite after purchase. Used to grant access to the private template repository.
• Purchase record — transaction details (amount, date, licence tier) are stored by Polar.sh as the Merchant of Record. We receive a summary of completed purchases.

We do not collect analytics on this marketing website. We do not place tracking cookies. We do not use advertising networks.

Payment data

All payments are processed by Polar.sh, acting as Merchant of Record. Polar handles credit card data, VAT/GST calculations, and tax filings globally. We never see or store your payment card details. Polar's privacy policy applies to payment processing: polar.sh/legal/privacy.

Repository access

Already is delivered as a private GitHub repository. GitHub processes your GitHub account data when you accept the repository invite. GitHub's privacy policy applies: github.com privacy statement.

How data is used

• To fulfil your purchase (send the GitHub invite)
• To respond to support requests you initiate
• To send important updates about the product (e.g. security fixes in a new release) — no marketing emails

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data retention

Purchase records are retained as required by applicable law. Support emails are retained until resolved, then deleted. If you request deletion and have no active licence, we will remove your email from our records within 30 days.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion (where not required by law)
• Object to processing
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

This website sets no first-party cookies. Polar.sh may set cookies during the checkout flow; these are governed by their policy.
